MBJ's mobile testing system Mobile Lab 5.0 for on-site module measurement has been given a facelift: It is now even more compact without sacrificing all the high-quality measurements of previous versions, making it a must-have for on-site module testing. With a larger active area of up to 1,400 x 2,700 mm, it can now easily handle larger module formats, making it future-proof.
A TÜV-certified A+A+A+ LED sun simulator according to IEC 606904-9 Ed.3, a high-resolution electroluminescence tester with up to 30 MPixel resolution, an electrical connection test, an innovative diode test and a hipot & ground bond test maintain the previous high level of testing accuracy. All integrated into one system.
Results are stored on the system's laptop and can be exported to a PDF report by the software.
With the Mobile Lab 5.0, you can reliably find low-power modules, hidden cell defects (micro-cracks, inactive areas) and defective diodes. Integrated, e.g. in a transporter or a container, you have many important measurements directly on site. On request, MBJ Solutions can assist with the installation. It can also be placed as a stand-alone laboratory system in a container or housing on site.
