Our trade show highlights 2021
One highlight is the extension of our controller series with the 4-channel controller CTR-52, which now offers the possibility to control 4 LED channels independently from each other. This allows the simple implementation of complex lighting setups. The communication is easily done via the Ethernet based Modbus interface for which we offer a free SDK.
Another new product is the completely new designed Flex light series: The Flex back and Flex top lights can now be freely configured in width and length, in steps of 100mm. In addition, multiple camera apertures within the light field can be selected for the top light. For the Flex bar light, we offer several combinable beam characteristics: as direct light, as diffuse line, as diffuse area, polarized or collimated.
Our accessories range has expanded to include optical filters and filter holders. For almost all lighting series we offer suitable diffusers, polarizing filters and collimators. Very useful is that the mounting holes for the filter holders are already included in all our lights Making a retrofit very easy.
For the first time we present our coaxial illuminations in two sizes at a trade show: with 100mm x 100mm or 200mm x 200m light field. Both sizes are available in the LED colors white (5000K, CRI80), red, infrared, green, blue and yellow. The axis-parallel illumination is often used for automatic positioning and placement tasks, for print image inspection on reflective surfaces and for inspection of glossy or transparent packaging labels.
