On this years InterSolar exhibition MBJ Solution GmbH will again present new products. The latest development is a fully automated backend concept including all relevant test at the end of a module production line. The system includes a tripple A+ LED sun simulator, a hipot and grounding test and a high resolution electrolumineszenze tester. An additional operator review station with lable printer provides the access to the result database holding the combined results from all stations. The SW presents the combined result to the operator in a user friendly graphical intreface. Once the result is finalized by the operator a lable will be printed.
The TÜV Rheinland certified LED technologie from MBJ Services GmbH has been integrated in a very compact module production equipment. Add an integrated hipot and grounding test and the well known MBJ electrolumineszenze technologie the system becomes the fully automated Backen Solution. The key features of the LED technology are: flash durations of 200µs and very long and stable LED liftetime in a realy small footprint. The low maintenance costs and the sunny side down transport are other benefits of this system.
