MBJ Solutions GmbH installs electroluminescence inspection systems into the production lines of Centrosolar Sonnenstromfabrik GmbH. After the successful first installation in October 2011 the upgrade of all Centrosolar production lines has been finished in January 2012. With the new equipment Centrosolar inspects now 100% of their module production to ensure their customers a stable and high quality product. The inspection equipment is retro-fitted into the existing flasher systems and integrates seamlessly into the final production step. The flexible setup of the inspection system allows a fast and easy installation with all the options for a customers need in optical resolution and process tact time requirements.
The flasher integrated EL system provides an immediate feedback and provides valuable information for optimization of the production process. Cell impairments like micro cracks, normally not visible with the human eye, will be reliably detected with this technology.
