At this year's Intersolar Europe in Munich, MBJ Solutions celebrated the market launch of MBJ Quickcheck - an innovative, portable luminescence inspection system for inspecting solar modules during operation.
The new product met with great interest at the leading international trade fair for the solar industry and attracted a lot of attention from trade visitors and media representatives with its pioneering technology.
The MBJ Quickcheck enables high-resolution analysis of PV modules directly on site and in daylight - without having to shut down or modify the system. Developed for quick and uncomplicated inspections after installation, storms or faults, the mobile system brings flexibility and efficiency to the quality control of solar systems.

It is very easy to use: insert the battery, mount the telescopic rod, switch on the system - and the inspection can begin. The MBJ Quickcheck is positioned on the module and simply moved over the module using the telescopic rod. The system is easily controlled via a smartphone or VR headset, which delivers razor-sharp live images even in bright sunlight. Recordings can be conveniently triggered with a click on the smartphone or a remote control, and the saved images can be transferred later via Wi-Fi.
