The prodct family SolarModule TF-lab | TF-lab600 are stand alone high resolution electroluminescence inspection systems especially for thin film modules. All common thin film technologies on glass, such as aSi, CdTe, CIS and CIGS can be inspected by the system.

Thin film modules can be easly loaded into the inspection system using standard roller tables. After connecting the power cables to the machine the image acquisition starts automatically. The user interface allows a fast and safe judgement of the EL image and shows clearly the thin film specific defects to the operator. Using electroluminescence inspection allows a fast and reliable process feedback and improves the production quality.
