The prodct family SolarModule TF-inline | TF-inline600 are inline high resolution electroluminescence inspection systems especially for thin film modules. All common thin film technologies on glass, such as aSi, CdTe, CIS and CIGS can be inspected by the system.

The products SolarModule TF-inline und TF-inline600 are in-line electroluminescence inspection systems that can be integrated into the production process easily. The conveying unit inside the inspection system and different interfaces for up- and down-stream communication allow a fully automated operation. The standard image processing software detects defects like scribe defects and pinholes fast and reliable and alows a very fast process feedback. Using electroluminescence inspection improves the production quality.
